How it actually works
Record
Screen and audio, however you already trade. Narrate out loud if you can — TIM relies on what you say as much as what it sees.
TIM watches
Every entry, every exit, every hesitation. What you said in the moment matters more than the chart alone.
Your journal writes itself
No forms, no ratings, no starting from blank. A report is waiting when you’re done — and it already knows what the last one taught it.
From the session
"...cut my winner early again. I don't know why I keep doing that."
What TIM actually tells you
You traded with real patience through the first hour — waiting for your setup instead of forcing an entry into the open. The tone changed after your stop-out: size crept up, and the gap between trades got noticeably shorter. Worth naming — it's the same pattern from last Tuesday.
9:42Entered on the breakout, right after price cleared the level
10:15Possibly hesitated near the target — hard to tell from the recording
Said it plainly, right after the stop
"That’s so frustrating" — a directly stated reaction, right when it happened.
Possible hesitation before the second entry
A pause before entering, paired with a smaller size than the plan called for.
TIM's interpretation — not something said or shown directly.
A filled marker is something TIM actually saw or heard. A hollow one is TIM reading into it — so you always know how much to trust it. And TIM will never tell you what to buy or sell. Only what it noticed about how you traded. This is also what's waiting for you in the Journal every time you look back at a day.
It becomes a memory, not just a report
Once something repeats, TIM says so — quietly, once, not as a score. And it stays somewhere you can go back to, not buried in a report you already closed.
You've broken your max-size rule in 3 of your last 6 sessions — always in the first 20 minutes.
Ongoing — Your Story
Sizing up right after a loss, trying to win it back quickly.
This has been showing up more often, not less.
Your days, gathered
Every session lands on its day, colored by what kind of day it was — not by profit or loss, by character. One glance back tells you more than a spreadsheet ever could.
